Attorney Services Fund Releases Fiscal Year Report

Nearly $9 million in fees collected primarily from Ohio lawyers supported disciplinary-related activities, legal services for low-income residents, and intervention programs in Fiscal Year 2016, according to the Ohio Supreme Court Attorney Services Fund Fiscal Year 2016 report.

The funding comes from attorney registration fees, late registration fees, reinstatement fees, and other sources as outlined in the Rules for the Government of the Bar.

Expenditures for last fiscal year, which ended June 30, included:
