Governor Appoints Assistant Prosecutor to Licking County Common Pleas Bench

The governor has appointed Earl L. Frost of Newark to the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division.
Governor John R. Kasich’s office announced that Frost will assume office on August 19, 2013. He must run in November 2014 to retain the seat for the unexpired term ending December 31, 2016. Frost is replacing Judge Craig R. Baldwin, who was appointed to the Fifth District Court of Appeals.
Frost received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University, and earned his juris doctorate from The Ohio State University. Since 2006, he has served as an assistant prosecutor for Licking County.
