In this edition, the Supreme Court considers two cases that it heard at a special Off-Site Court session in Defiance County. One case involves a Muskingum County man’s challenge to a violation of Ohio law that prohibits the possession of a firearm in an establishment with a liquor permit. In the other, a Meigs County man argues his drug-related conviction was based on an illegal search of his vehicle.
