September Disciplinary Hearings Announced
The Ohio Supreme Court’s Board of Commissioners on Grievances & Discipline today announced the disciplinary hearings involving attorneys and judges charged with professional misconduct that are scheduled for September. All hearings take place before a three-member panel of the board and are open to the public.
Hearings may be continued for good cause at any time. Contact the board’s office at 614.387.9370 to confirm that a hearing will be held as scheduled or the Office of Public Information at 614.387.9250 for more information about a case. Upon request, case documents can be obtained via email.
