Conduct Board Recommends Discipline for Attorneys
The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct has filed five disciplinary case reports with the Supreme Court of Ohio, each recommending discipline for an Ohio attorney.
Parties will have an opportunity to file objections to the board’s reports and recommendations with the Supreme Court. If a party files objections, the Supreme Court will schedule the case for oral argument.

Recommended sanction: Two-year suspension, stayed.
Marion County
Disciplinary Counsel v. Jack Herschel VanBibber
Supreme Court Case No. 2023-0979
Recommended sanction: Two-year suspension, stayed.
Montgomery County
Disciplinary Counsel v. Christopher Mark Alexander
Supreme Court Case No. 2023-0977
Recommended sanction: One-year suspension, stayed, to be served upon reinstatement from existing interim felony suspension and registration for active status.
Lucas County
Toledo Bar Association v. Sarah Ann Miller Driftmyer
Supreme Court Case No. 2023-0978
Recommended sanction: One-year suspension.
