Uncodified law
In Ohio, laws of a special, rather than general and permanent, nature. Uncodified laws are not assigned permanent Revised Code section numbers.
Unliquidated claim
A claim for which a specific value has not been determined.
Unsworn statement
A statement made by a person accused of a crime while not under oath.
